Kafni Glacier is a very well known trekking spot in Uttarakhand. It is located in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. It is situated in the foothills of Himalyas.

River Alaknanda. River Alakananda eventually is the one-one of the two headstreams of the Ganges. This glacier is little small as compared to Kafni glacier but it is a popular trekking destinations of Uttarakhand. Pindari glacier is one more glacier near to Kafni Glacier.

This glacier is situated in Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand and is easily accessible from all the major parts of Uttarakhand. It is situated near Bageshwar town. From Bageshwar town it can be
